Cancellation:
If you can no longer attend your registered retreat, please let me know via email by the final payment date, which is 30 days prior to the event. This will allow you the option to transfer your full payment minus the deposit. The $50 deposit is non-transferrable. You will need to make another $50 deposit when you transfer your retreat balance. I do not offer refunds for retreats, at this time.
If you do not inform me by the final payment date, you are not qualified for a payment transfer and no money will be refunded.
Your retreat transfer can only occur once and it needs to happen within 12 months of the original retreat date.
