I am so happy you are here!
This company was created as an opportunity to spend an entire weekend doing creative and crafty things with my fellow creative crafty people. Scrapbooking, card making, paper crafting, sewing, crochet, diamond painting, you name it, this is the place for you! These weekend getaways afford the opportunity to actually use the crafty goodness that we already own, therefore these retreats will be all labeled as “no-frills”. This means that there are no giveaways, prizes, contests, or vendors (so don’t forget adhesives and cardstock). You are also on your own for all meals. With so many different meal requirements and restrictions, this seems the best option.
There will be a giveaway table at each crop!
Listed below are some “rules”, if you will, in order to make the best experience possible for all attending.
- You must be 16 in order to register for a spot.
- Please do not play music/TV/Youtube videos/Etc. out loud. No matter how quiet you think your volume is, someone can hear it.
- Please do not bring full sized tables for extra space. You can, however, bring a small folding TV tray sized table.
- Please do not have non-registered guests “hanging” out in the crop space.
- Please be considerate of your fellow crafters by not touching or borrowing anything without their permission. (If you are attending one of my crops and someone is violating this rule, please come to me!)
Payment:
Crop Balances are due 30 days prior to the event. If payment is not made and I don’t receive an answer to my inquiry, your deposit will be forfeited and I will release your spot to the waiting list.
Cancellation Policy:
At this time, I am not issuing refunds for cancellations, however, you may transfer payment (minus deposit) to another crop if I am notified before 30 days prior to the event. The balance transfer must be used within 12 months. Please note this is a one time transfer.
Seating Policy:
Seating preferences are not guaranteed so please be specific when requesting who you would like to sit next to. Most “pods” will have 4 tables but I will adjust as necessary depending on how big the groups are.
Please identify who you would like to sit by when signing up for any crop. I will try to accommodate to the best of my abilities.
